Announcement Styles Available

Style M: Many versions of this popular one. Usually will have 4 photos. One large picture on the left hand side or as a post card, and it has 3 smaller photos, usually on the right side, or bottom if announcement is a vertical format.


Style # 546 This is a Post card style invitation like the 3 samples above. It comes in a small size (4.25” x 6”) identified by (SM) or a large size (5”x7”) identified by (LG). It features one photo with the wedding copy printed in black or reversed out in white type. You need to compose your photo to accommodate this style of invitation. This is the least expensive of the entire line in Always and Forever Invitations.


Style # L This style is a Tea Length or 4” x 8” announcement. It features one photo. There are several border styles that can frame your photo. We have styles in this section that feature a bow or ribbon which is actually printed on the invitation to simulate a tied ribbon bow. It comes in several colors of bows.


Style N: Several styles of this invitation. One main photo with the copy on the side. Background can be in either white or black with reverse type. There is an option of several screened backgrounds in back of the type. There are also a variety of borders for the photographs to choose from.


Style D: This style is 5.5” x 8.5” and has several options for backgrounds. It features one photograph. There is also a version which features a photo of the bride and groom and a picture of an LDS Temple which is popular for those couples who have a Temple marriage.


All these announcements come with matching insert enclosures for ceremony and luncheon or dinner announcements for an additional small cost.

There are 20 options on this style to choose from, including a couple vertical formats.


Style D or Style L Photo Invitations (Style L is Tea Length 4 x 8") 100 Quantity: $169.00 200: $219.00 300: $269.00 Additional 100: $50.00 Style D is 5.5" x 8.5" and has several background options and uses one photograph. This option also comes with one style featuring the photograph of the couple and a local temple photograph. Matching inserts are available. Style L is a 4"x8" Tea Length Verticle invitation with several design options.


Inserts & Enclosures: Inserts are $25.00 for 25. Each additional 25 quantity is $7.00. Many styles to choose from. All are same cost.


Thank You cards: $49.50(Half Price) if ordered with announcements for first 100 Quantity. (Regular price is $99.00 for 100 and $36.00 per additional 100. Two styles to choose from. Size is 6" x 4.25" and includes envelopes. Additional 100 quantity is $36.00. Includes one of 12 different verses and bride and groom's names on front side under photo.


General Information: There is a $25.00 charge for typesetting and proofs on each order. This includes doing inserts such as ceremony cards, lunch or dinner cards, Response cards, or thank you cards. We have 42 type fonts to choose from. We have 23 border styles around photos to choose from. There is an extra charge of printing the return address on the back of the announcement envelopes. The cost is $70.00 per 100 and $10.00 per each 100 over that amount. The minimum order is 100 quantity only and additional quantities in 100's. All orders are typeset and a proof is emailed to you for your approval before printing is done. A 50% deposit is required when placing the order and the balance is due upon receipt of the order. The turnaround time is usually one week. Digital photo files are preferred. If using a photo from a professional photographer, a copyright release is required. All original photos and files are returned. A $10.00 charge is billed for each change on the proof after copy is submitted. Prices are subject to change at anytime and also other charges may apply which will be specified upon submission of the order. All jobs written up are by appointment only.


Note: The samples shown on these pages are actual printed announcement samples. These samples are for illustration purposes only. We feature many styles and types of invitations and announcements. They also come in many standard sizes. We have tried to show you various styles and samples. You will want to make an appointment and we can show you actual printed samples and unprinted samples in books provided by our paper distributors. Some styles come with foil lined inner envelopes in a variety of foil colors. Most all the Traditional styles come with inside and outside envelopes, and a sheet of tissue paper for photo reprint enclosures. They are purchased in boxes of 50 sets. The inserts (for Ceremony, Luncheon, RSVP cards, etc.) which match the announcements, come in boxes of 100's. You can also order custom foil lined inner envelopes for an additional cost. On custom announcement orders and on the "Always and Forever" line, we usually only provide single envelopes. The outside envelopes can be printed with your return address on the back flap as is customary, for an additional charge based on quantity.
