Mike Bailey Printing features many styles of invitations and announcements to choose from. You can select something that will compliment your budget from a simple design to lavish. We can print on your paper provided to us or we can purchase the paper for you, usually at a discounted price. Our prices are set-up based on the quantity of invitations you need. Each separate piece is priced accordingly based on quantity. A basic cost breakdown is featured in our Pricing Section. Our ordering process is explained in our Order Information Section. Our basic invitation styles are as follows:

Our basic traditional announcements are usually Cabinets which we purchase from Williamhouse or ArtCo Paper companies. A cabinet contains a set of 50 Announcements, double envelopes (an inside and outside envelope) and a sheet of tissue paper for a photo enclosure. Cabinets range in price from $12 to $39 per box, with the average price being $20. These announcements can also be printed on regular 80 lb. (or heavier) cover stock with many kinds of finishes available such as Linen, laid, smooth or textured, speckled, or columns. A variety of paper colors are also available. It is usually less expensive (by approximately 30%) over purchasing cabinets, to buy the paper this way. However, you need to add in the separate cost of purchasing envelopes separately. You can also save money by running some inserts together on the same sheet of paper. Always & Forever Photo Announcements This line of invitations offers you the opportunity of using one or several photographs in your announcement. The photos can be in full color, black & white, or sepia color (or duo-tones). These invitations are printed on photographic paper. Ceremony card enclosures, thank you notes and other enclosures can be printed as well, utilizing your color photographs. The photographs can be your own or provided by your wedding photographer. We offer a full 30% discount off of regular retail prices, on these announcements.

There are many styles to choose from such as post card announcements with you wedding information copy reversed out of the photo or white or black backgrounds which feature many border styles to highlight your photographs. 'We also have many typestyles and fonts to choose from. They come in many sizes such as 4"x 6", 5" x 7", 4" x 9" tea length or larger. Single unprinted envelopes are part of the price and all photo scanning and typesetting and layout is included in one low, low price. Your order is processed and printed within one week from start to finish. Always and Forever invitations are not ink sprayed onto cardstock like other printers. They are printed with the latest in fiberoptic technology onto portrait photography paper, just like your cherished wedding photographs. Custom Announcements Our line of Custom Announcements is only limited by your imagination. We have many styles to choose from. Our office has many sample books of the styles we offer. You can select from one of our designs or we can produce your own idea in something that you will be proud to distribute to your friends and loved ones. Many options and sizes are available such as single, and two color and full color designs. Design styles can incorporate solid ink colors with full ink bleeds, reverse type, photographs, illustrations, monogram initials, a mixture of typestyles, folding and specialty scoring, etc. They can be printed single sided, double-side, have wrap around covers, tie with bows, have die-cut panels or feature blind embossed panels or foil stamped edges or copy. The ideas are endless and open to your imagination. We offer many paper stocks and specialty papers, hand-made papers, and vellum (see-through) options.
